...A lovely Confetti polish from J :) This one has been a long time lemming, thanks to the fantastic spam of Love8Brain on the nail board... once I saw it I knew it was heading for the wishlist!!

I looove this, now the last time I wore green someone told me my nails looked like starbursts... was that meant to be an insult?? lol ha! I adore this....

Simply gorgeous sparkle...mmmmm loves it!

2 coats, still has that yummy sheerness... micro glitter.. a hint of foil.. its truly unique!

Hope you guys like my snowy pictures... it looks pretty..but its not so much fun getting around in it!!... hoping the sun comes out today!

Avon Splendid blue, a blue foil ... easily could of been a 1 coater, but this is 2 topped with copious seche vite!!

This is stunning, and a corker for £3!!

Very festive indeed, may well bring this one out for xmas!

... The Fiance ordered me Wicked polish today for xmas, which is similar to the other foils I have been showing you from Avon... black with red microglitter..YUM!!

Forever Mine...

Part of the lovely Denim collection...

This is two coats..it was very close to being a 1 coater.. you know how much I adore creme polish!!

Gorgeous flattering blue, doesn't seem too summery either.. which is good since its a chilly 7 here... brrr!!

Really love essence polish, apply great! None of my polish seems to be lasting long at the moment but I sink that down to hormones, usually with seche everything wears like iron! lately am lucky if I get 24 hours!!

Yes this is my non swatching hand! the swatching hand got a huge chip after cleaning for hours...doh!

...Gettin my helmer just before xmas..finally!! My lovely friend is back to Ikea.. really cant wait!!

So so gorgeous... real life swatches will be coming up, but wanted to show the loveliness!

I know these have been out in US a while but they are new here in the UK :-) ..They are £3 this current catalogue! ..Golden Wine is a similar foil shimmer but red... worth a look whilst they are half price :-)

1 coat Essence Matte top coat

So pigmented these little colour & go polishes, 1 coat was full coverage enough to mattify! This is a deep navy with a hint of indigo to it... gorgeous.. I love indigo..although its impossible to photograph properly!!

Will probably gloss this mani up later as it wont last long otherwise.... one hair wash and my index finger is chipping! Only problem with mattifying..does look hot though!

1. Why did you create the blog?

My resolution for 2010 was to grow my nails long for the first time in my life, and get my hands presentable before getting engaged (finally got my rock in march!)

2. What kind of blogs do you follow?

Mainly polish blogs but also a lot of fashion blogs, photo blogs ..I love..can spend literally all night going through a new photo blog!!

Haircare blogs are a new guilty pleasure of mine..oh dear lol


3. Do you have a favorite makeup brand?

No .... I was faithful to MAC for face products but now I will try most brands.. mostly I use a lot of drugstore, I am very minimalist when it comes to make up! (unlike polish)

4. What is your favorite clothing brand?

I guess if its where I like clothes from... H&M is ace for basic stuff... 95% of my wardrobe is straight out of Primark.. I am a Primarni addict!!

5. What makeup products is essential for you?

Foundation... I need my skin to be matte and flawless for at least 7 hours.. that's worth the extra pennies to me! .. I am so self conscious about my skin ..foundation is essential!!

6. What is your favorite color?

Does black count?? lol

7. What is your favorite perfume?

Marc Jacobs Daisy..but its definitely a summer scent..for winter Hugo Boss Deep Red

8. What is the film you liked the most?

Funny face .. absolute classic :)


9. What countries would you like to go?

Germany is next on my list ... but always wanted to go to China as my nanny was Chinese, I never got to meet her so going there would be really nice.. don't think I will get my fiance going abroad anytime soon mind!!

I heart this one though, I had a charla- a likey from singapore..and somehow it didnt look good on me, perhaps more of a gold tone than silver... but this I likey.. not sure it really suits me...but it is sparkly and mesmerising anyway!
